Brief
Tyron Ash Real Estate, famed for their Channel 4 appearance on 'Mega Mansion Hunters,' approached us, a rapidly growing real estate agency with £2.5 billion in sales. They sought our expertise in rebranding their luxury real estate leader, Tyron Ash International Real Estate (TARE).

Working closely with founder Tyron and the senior leadership team, our mission was to empower the brand and understand their current position and aspirations. With their rapid success in the UAE market, we aimed to reinforce trust, legacy, and luxury.

Problem

The problems we encountered included an undefined logo typeform, a lack of recognisable brand assets, the absence of defined colour codes, and logo dimensions that didn't align with various assets such as partner login portals, Instagram, and Facebook profile pictures. Additionally, there was a need for a more stylised brand image.

Our experience within the luxury real estate market, working with brands such as the Hyatt Group and Clivedales, equipped us with a direct understanding of TARE’s needs.   • A reimagined logo featuring a stylised and identifiable typeface.
  • Creation of a clean and versatile brand icon now featured across all marketing channels, digital, and print.
  • Development of brand assets inspired by the logo, with the 'R' becoming a stylised design element, symbolising progress and the seamless service offered by Tyron Ash International Real Estate.
  • Crafting a suite of templates for easy in-house updates, accommodating the continuous growth and onboarding of new agents.
